By accessing and using PrettyPay ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PrettyPay is a digital platform that provides time-based profile visibility and promotional tools.

We do not provide, facilitate, arrange, or guarantee any offline meetings, services, or transactions between users.

All interactions, communications, and activities that occur outside the platform are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

Payments made on PrettyPay are for digital credits and visibility features only.

PrettyPay is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or outcomes of any user interactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using PrettyPay, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Roles

Members: Users who access platform services and support creators.

Creators: Users who upload content and receive payments from members.

6. Content Guidelines

• All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Prohibited content includes: illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual content, violent or harmful content
• Creators retain ownership of their content but grant PrettyPay a license to display and distribute it on the Platform
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Payments and Credits

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits are used to access platform services
• Creators receive 80% of revenue; Platform retains 20% as service fee
• Payment disputes should be reported immediately

8. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonating others
• Harassment or bullying
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Automated scraping or data collection
• Uploading malware or malicious code

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without prior notice or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

The PrettyPay name, logo, and Platform design are owned by PrettyPay. Users may not use our intellectual property without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

PrettyPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrettyPay operates.
