What You'll Do

Your Team

You’ll join a tight-knit team of 8 kitchen and front-of-house staff, reporting directly to our Head Chef. We’re a family here, passionate about ramen and supporting each other.

Schedule & Pay

This full-time role includes rotating shifts (10am-3pm or 4pm-10pm) with weekend and public holiday work required—penalty rates apply as per award. Overtime is paid for any hours beyond your rostered shifts. Pay progression and bonuses are reviewed quarterly based on performance.

Requirements

Must Have Required

  • 2+ years of experience in ramen or Japanese kitchens
  • Valid food safety certificate
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts
  • Strong attention to detail in food prep and presentation

Nice to Have Preferred

  • Experience with Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen preparation
  • Basic knife skills for precise ingredient prep
  • Interest in learning traditional Japanese cooking methods
