What You'll Do

Deliver precision cuts, luxury colour, and bespoke styling to high-end clients

Build and nurture long-term relationships with a loyal client base

Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and innovation

Collaborate on creative direction for seasonal looks and salon campaigns

Mentor junior stylists, guiding them in technique and client care

Maintain a clean, organised station in line with salon standards

Participate in team meetings to align on goals and promotions

Your Team

You’ll join our tight-knit team of 8 passionate stylists in a supportive, creative environment. Reporting directly to the Salon Manager, you’ll collaborate daily with peers and contribute to team growth.

Schedule & Pay

This full-time role operates Tuesday to Saturday with flexible hours to suit client demand. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with a generous 45% commission on services above target. A 3-month probation period applies, with performance reviews for pay progression.

Requirements

Must Have Required

Minimum 3 years of professional salon experience
Colour specialist qualification or equivalent certification
Proven ability to deliver high-end cut and styling services
Strong communication skills for client consultations
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Nice to Have Preferred

Established client following in the Double Bay area
Experience with premium haircare brands like Olaplex or Kerastase
Social media savvy for personal and salon promotion
