What You'll Do

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning programs for children aged 0-5

Build trusting relationships with children, families, and caregivers

Document children’s learning progress and developmental milestones

Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times

Collaborate with a team of educators on curriculum and activity planning

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth daily

Adhere to National Quality Framework and centre policies

Your Team

You’ll work alongside a supportive team of 15 passionate educators in our modern Bondi Junction centre. Reporting to the Centre Director, you’ll have regular opportunities for mentorship and collaboration.

Schedule & Pay

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm. Pay is based on the Children’s Services Award plus above-award loading, with annual reviews for progression. Overtime is compensated as per award guidelines.

Requirements

Must Have Required

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
First Aid and CPR certification
Proven experience working with children aged 0-5

Nice to Have Preferred

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Experience with Storypark or similar documentation tools
Strong communication skills with families and staff
